The only thing you do

Google requires the business owner to verify the listing personally — usually a short video, a phone call or a postcard. We cannot do that step for you, and neither can anyone else who tells you otherwise. It takes a few minutes. We walk you through it and handle the rest.

Two things worth being straight about

The listing belongs to you

Not to us. We work on your profile as a manager. If you ever stop, we hand back the keys and walk away — the profile, the photos, the reviews and the history all stay with your business.

We do not promise a ranking

Nobody can promise you the top of the map. Anyone who does is guessing.
We do not promise a number of calls or customers.
We do not control Google's verification timeline. That is Google's process.

What we do promise is that the work above gets done properly, and keeps being done every month you are with us.

Common questions

I already have a listing. Is that a problem?

No — that is the usual case. We claim it, fix what is wrong, and fill in what is missing. Half-finished listings are the most common thing we see.

How long until it is live?

We build within a few business days of your verification clearing. The verification itself is Google's, and its speed is theirs, not ours.

What if Google suspends my profile?

We work to get it reinstated at no extra charge, as long as the suspension did not come from inaccurate information or a change made outside of us.

Do I have to sign anything?

No. You tick a box on the payment page confirming you accept the terms. That is the agreement.
