These terms apply to the Google Listing Service (the “Service”) supplied by Better Leads Marketing (“we”, “us”). By ticking the agreement box on the payment page and completing payment, you (the “Client”) accept these terms. No separate signature is required; your tick and payment form the agreement.
We create, optimise and manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf. Work included:
One thing only: verification. Google requires the business owner to verify the listing personally — by video, phone call, postcard or another method Google chooses. We cannot do this step for you and neither can anyone else. Everything else is ours.
You also agree to give us accurate business information, and to tell us when something material changes (address, hours, phone number, services).

Both amounts are in US dollars. The first payment is $299 — the $200 setup fee plus the first month. The $99 then recurs monthly on the same date until cancelled. The setup fee is charged once and is not repeated on renewal.
You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide, on that schedule, until you cancel. If a payment fails we may retry it and may pause the Service until it clears.
You may cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, because it covers the build itself.
You do. The Google Business Profile belongs to your business, not to us. We work on it as a manager. If you cancel, we remove our access and the profile and everything in it stays with you.
We are straight about this because the alternative causes arguments later:
What we do promise is that the work listed in section 1 gets done properly and keeps being done for as long as you subscribe.
If Google suspends your profile we will work to reinstate it at no extra charge, provided the suspension did not result from information you gave us that was inaccurate, or from a change you made yourself. We cannot guarantee reinstatement.
You confirm you are authorised to act for the business, that the information you give us is true, and that the business is real and operating at the location or service area you describe. Creating a listing for a business that does not exist, or at an address it does not occupy, breaches Google’s rules — we will not do it, and we will end the Service if we discover it.
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to pay after that date means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction.
